The final step in your UK journey. We make naturalisation and registration straightforward and certain.

Overview

British Citizenship

Once you hold Indefinite Leave to Remain or settled status, British citizenship may be within reach. Naturalisation brings the security of a British passport and the full rights of citizenship — but applications must satisfy strict residence, absence and good-character requirements.

We confirm your eligibility, prepare your application carefully, and guide you all the way to your citizenship ceremony.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I apply for British citizenship?

Usually once you have held ILR or settled status for 12 months (this can differ for spouses of British citizens). You must also meet residence and absence limits — generally no more than 450 days outside the UK in the qualifying five years, and no more than 90 days in the last 12 months.

What are the requirements for naturalisation?

Key requirements include lawful residence, meeting absence limits, passing the Life in the UK Test, satisfying the English-language requirement, and being of good character. We assess each of these before you apply.

Can my children become British citizens?

Often yes, through registration, depending on their circumstances and yours. We advise on the right route for your family.
