Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a sponsor licence to hire from overseas?

Generally yes. To employ most non-UK workers under the Skilled Worker route you need a valid sponsor licence. We manage the application and set up the HR systems the Home Office requires you to maintain.

What happened to Tier 2 and Tier 1 visas?

The Tier system has been replaced. Tier 2 (General) is now the Skilled Worker visa, and the old Tier 1 entrepreneur and investor routes have closed — replaced by Innovator Founder and Global Talent. We advise on the current routes that fit your goals.

How do you help protect our sponsor licence?

We run mock compliance audits, review your right-to-work and record-keeping processes, and prepare you for Home Office visits so your licence stays secure.
